As Lead Developer, I managed a team of 4 and drove key initiatives including platform-wide performance optimization, migration to cloud infrastructure, automated waitlist management with two-way SMS, Salesforce integration, and a full boat lifecycle tracking system from check-in through cleaning and refueling.

A full-service logistics platform handling the complete shipment lifecycle from quoting and dispatch through tracking and accounting. As a Senior Developer on a large team, I contributed across the entire system including EDI integrations, UX improvements, security audits, and performance optimizations.

A benefits enrollment and billing platform supporting life, vision, dental, critical illness, and other voluntary benefit lines. Rebuilt from a legacy system to modernize enrollment, billing, and administration. As Lead Developer, I managed a team of 3 through the full platform rebuild.

An open-world multiplayer RPG with real-time gameplay, player-to-player interactions, and a player-driven economy. Built entirely for the browser using WebSockets for real-time events. Created and led development across four generations of the platform.

A property management platform for residential and commercial rentals with a primary focus on multi-family and single-family properties. Built the v1 from the ground up with the client, featuring rent collection, automated service request routing, Stripe Connect integrations, rent reminders, expense tracking, lease e-signing, and subscription billing. Includes a mobile app for both tenants and property owners. As Lead Developer, I managed a team of 2 through the initial build.

A mobile social platform focused on connecting people through shared interests and activities. Brought in as Lead Developer to rescue the project after previous developers failed to deliver, resulting in a complete rebuild. Features include interest-based user matching, real-time messaging, and subscription management.
